Discord Data Breach: 78+ Million Files Allegedly for Sale on Dark Web
A threat actor operating under the alias HawkSec has claimed to be selling a massive Discord dataset containing 78,541,207 files on dark web marketplaces.
According to the seller's claims, the compromised data includes:
• Private messages
• Voice session recordings
• Server-related information
The threat actor stated that this dataset was collected over several months as part of an OSINT/CSINT (Open Source Intelligence/Cyber Source Intelligence) project.
Important note: As of now, Discord has not issued an official statement regarding this alleged breach, and the authenticity of the leaked data has not been independently verified by security researchers.
